Each villa comes with a private 6-metre heated swimming pool, extensive, private, furnished terraces, and private shower rooms. The houses have their own unique character with bespoke features and amenities such as a master bedroom with its own terrace, shady arbour, plancha grill, walk-in shower, outdoor sofa, home office, wine cellar, one or two kitchens, one or two living rooms with large televisions, and bedrooms with king size, queen size or twin beds. Every comfort is anticipated in the design and layout: spacious floor plans, contemporary furniture, large dining room tables, outdoor living spaces, elegant bedrooms, views of the lushly landscaped park, the Mediterranean Sea and the hypnotising pageantry of sailboats and yachts in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. All our homes include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, equipped kitchens, spacious living rooms, large screen televisions, a welcome basket with local products, a daily cleaning service, concierge service, and house staff, as well as à la carte private chefs, drivers, babysitters, personal trainers, yoga lessons, local guides, and more. There is a 5-bedroom house, a pair of 6-bedroom houses, and one 8-bedroom house. All but the smallest house have laundry rooms.

The communal adjoining rooms of the clubhouse can be converted into a 150 square metre meeting room for corporate events and parties or private celebrations. The venue has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and Sonos Bluetooth speakers. Our guests can grill fresh fish on the plancha in the outdoor dining room or prepare their own pizzas in the outdoor bread oven as a fun team-building activity. We recommend visiting Hyères, one of Provence’s most picturesque towns, taking a boat to the island of Porquerolles and enjoying its sandy beaches, or hiking along the coast to visit the other islands of Port-Cros and Giens. With several airports and train stations nearby, the property is easily accessible from abroad, and we can arrange transfers to and from the estate.
