Like the best French wines, this elegant estate offers a delightful blend, offering guests the facilities and service of a luxury spa venue as well as the convenience of private villa rental. Set within hundreds of acres of gardens, park, vines, and woodland, the four-star boutique venue houses eight rooms and suites as well as its own spa and fine-dining restaurant, all within a beautifully restored 19th Century chateau. Throughout the estate, the timeless and sophisticated decor combines traditional characteristics that hint to its history, such as exposed beams, stone floors, wooden furniture, and vintage mirrors, with modern features including walk-in showers, open-plan spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a neutral colour palette.

Ideal for our corporate guests or for families, the stylish villas of the estate, sleeping 4 to 10 people and with a surface area of 90 to 220 sqm, are all fully equipped and offer spectacular views over the surrounding landscape. All the villas have their own terrace and garden as well as both a bath and shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, sun loungers, TV, Bluetooth sound system, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning, and heating. Some of them have their own swimming pool, and two can accommodate people with reduced mobility.

The magnificent natural setting of the estate makes a gorgeous backdrop for any type of private or corporate event. Whether you want to motivate your team, boost their creativity or reward them for their hard work, we can help you bring your vision to life. Our modular spaces of 50 to 150 sqm come with audio-visual equipment as well as lighting and high-speed internet, making them ideal for conferences, product launches, or seminars. Teams can also be broken up into small groups for brainstorming sessions or team-building activities held in the villas, before meeting up at the venue’s restaurant, in the cellar, or on the rooftop for a party. With its elegant style and superb landscapes, the estate is also perfectly suited to weddings or professional photoshoots.

In the cellars of the chateau, guests can indulge in luxury spa treatments or enjoy the heated indoor pool, sauna, and hammam. Outside, the gardens offer a peaceful haven to those looking to unwind and find inner peace by reconnecting to nature. We recommend settling into one of the loungers and enjoying the view with a glass of wine from the estate. Yoga classes are available at the spa in July and August, and we can brainstorm and organise many more indoor or outdoor activities to keep guests entertained, including a tour of the cellar or wine tasting.

Located near the town of Narbonne and the fishing village of Gruissan and its sandy beaches, the estate is an ideal spot from which to visit the South of France. The cities of Béziers, Toulouse, Perpignan, and Montpellier are all less than an hour away, and the Massif de la Clape, a listed site famous for its striking landscapes, makes a wonderful day trip for nature lovers. With Béziers and Toulouse airports nearby as well as multiple train links to Paris, the estate can easily be accessed from abroad, and transfers to and from the venue can be arranged upon request.
