We are proud to present this private estate set in glorious Provencal countryside, only minutes from the picturesque village of Valbonne, famous for its paved town square, boutiques and numerous gourmet restaurants, 20 minutes from Nice International Airport and a quarter of an hour from Cannes, with its attractive sand beaches and luxury designer shops.

Set over 10 hectares, this magnificent historical estate, built in the 17^th century, is made up of 4 houses with a total living area of 1,200 sqm, and can host up to 30 people in its 15 double bedrooms. The room configuration is as follows:

In the Main House, you will find five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; and a nanny’s room with half bathroom. The reception area is large, bright and tastefully decorated in a traditional Provençal style which highlights the property’s traditional features. The furniture is elegant, classic and comfortable. The Main House also has a TV room with satellite TV, a bar, two dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen with everything you need to prepare a scrumptious meal or simply fix yourself a cup of coffee, and a Summer dining terrace.

The Old Barn has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living/dining area and a further double bedroom with bathroom. It has its own driveway and access to one of the main lawns, making it ideal to welcome further guests during your stay.

The Bergerie comprises the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with  two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. It also has an independent door to the gardens and swimming pool. There’s an office, a living room and an eat-in dining room with an old refectory table outside, capable of seating fourteen people.

The tower has two floors, both with double bunk beds with en-suite shower rooms. Perfect for children!

The house and its outbuildings have a lot of character and charm, and boast traditional features such as exposed beams, large wooden doors, thick stone pillars, wooden lintels, stone floor tiles, and imposing stone fireplaces. The many French casement windows let in gorgeous natural light, while the indoor archways give a spaciousness and airy feel to the accommodation. The decor is chic and traditionally Provençal, with a dash of luxury. The many artworks and ornaments dotted around the house give it a cozy and authentic look, and will make you feel right at home.

The bedrooms are decorated with taste and feature their own sets of antique furniture, from elegant little writing desks to ornate wrought iron bed frames, and all feature comfortable beds, pillows, and high quality linen. The 14 bathrooms, with their colourful tiles and classic fixtures have a very traditional Provençal look.

Outside, the large gardens and parks are perfect for activities, and provide plenty of space for the children to play. There are many entertainment opportunities for adults too. Play the piano in the lounge, or a friendly game of tennis on the property’s own tennis court to unwind at the end of a long day. Cool down and relax in the 20 x 10 m outdoor swimming pool, and enjoy a glass of rosé on one of the sun loungers, or a delicious meal in the outdoor dining area.

The baby blue wooden louvered shutters against a stone façade are hallmarks of a typical Provençal building. This outstanding property is a peaceful and picturesque setting for your next family vacation or getaway with friends.
